Nature backs shorted me on one of my…

Nature backs shorted me on one of my shirts, I have sent numerous emails and they are doing nothing about it. I don't have 25.00 to donate, I wanted my shirt. They didn't refund me and they didn't send me my shirt. They stole my money. So beware, their mistake is your problem and they act like your a thief because you asked to be sent the product that you paid for.

READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING

I've spent $150 on clothes, only to have read the reviews after my order! I've had no shipping info. Only an email that says it's not even been picked up yet after 5 days!!
These people clearly scam people! I find it VERY interesting that almost immediately after I notified them of their deplorable reviews, there is a 5 star rating, almost EXACTLY rebutting what I've said in my email to them!! Interesting how literally every other order I've made from the same country, would already be here by now, but these guys just can't seem to manage to even reply to emails!!

10/10 would recommend!

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so so happy! I ordered 3 weeks ago and received my order today (due to shipping international) but I’m am more than okay with the wait because the clothes are amazing, I ordered 2 bundles and an individual long-sleeve and I received everything and more! They included extra stickers and flip bands so I was given 7 flip bands on total and a large bunch of nature back stickers. All the colour and sizing is perfect! I’m so chuffed ???? Will definitely be ordering more!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. They gave me wrong size than i had asked for and when i emailed customer service they responded the first time i emailed them and i’ve emailed them back and still no respond back.

Don’t do it

Don’t do it! Very poor customer service took 2 months to get anything. Even a response I tried so many times to contact them and there was no phone number. I had to call my credit card company and stop payment. It’s too bad because I like the Shirts as they are advertised. Just DO T EASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY OR HEADACHE!

no clothes, no refund.

I had to wait 2 months for my clothes. I didn't get any updates on the delivery process in between. That is why I was to late to pick up my package and now it is returned. I have not received an email with what will happen next. It is 3 months later now and i haven’t received a refund or Some new clotes yet .

Super disappointed :(

Was really excited to order one of these shirts as i had my eye on them for some time, was a little relunctant initially due to it being overseas but thought i would treat myself. Finally placed the order, with the 20% off code offered when entering the website, submitted my order which was then cancelled out of the blue. I contacted the customer service team who didnt really seem that apologetic, they told me to just re-order. The payment still was pending on my account so i didnt want to have to spend the money again to order a new one, i asked why it was cancelled and for them to re-instate my order but they said no and did nothing to help further on the matter. It really put me off ordering with them for this reason and i was very disappointed not to get the shirt i was so excited to recieve. Not sure why the order would just be cancelled for no reason, giving no valid explanation, apology or compensation for the inconvenience caused :( No shirt for me. Sad!

One month, 27 emails, 3 post office trips, and still no order

Waited for a few weeks. Got the wrong order. Sent it back. Was accused of not sending the order I received, because I apparently sent back the order I originally asked for, despite photo evidence that I received the wrong order. My replacement order was canceled, and the recourse for Nature Backs was to tell me I can simply order again if I want what I originally asked for. 27 emails, incorrect/incomplete shipping information for the return, an insinuation that it was ME who mislead them, over a month of waiting and i never received the correct order. At least they had the wherewithal to refund me.

Tops fit well

Tops fit well. Colours are ever so slightly different but not by much. Good quality. Delivery took ages.

Great find!

Usually I'm a bit wary of buying things from Instagram sponsored posts (because I'm paranoid about being scammed). But this was a great shout. Me and my partner both ordered the bundle with the tshirt, long sleeve top and sweatshirt and they're all so comfy and fit perfectly. Great value for money too. Took around 3 weeks to arrive to the UK (but with Covid and general international shipping I've waited a lot longer for things!). Overall very impressed and I'll definitely be ordering again!

Terrible - Don't order from here!

Terrible, swift response by customer services I'll give them that. Which is the only reason I would give them one star. I ordered my shirt almost three months ago and it still hasn't arrived. I was told the first time there had been delays caused by the weather and covid fair enough right? So I wait another few weeks.
Then after still not receiving an update on my tracking label or my order itself I contacted them again to be told my order had been lost in transit and it had been reshipped. So I expected I would have to wait a few more weeks and I wasn't best pleased but I did regardless with the tollerance that covid delays and issues with bad weather in Arkansas (where they are based) were causing them problems.
What's coming up to three months later and still nothing. They demanded I wait till the end of this month before I can be considered for a refund but I think this is extremely unreasonable considering how patient I have been about the whole situation.
Without sounding too cliche I rarely complain and hate writing big responses like this to speak badly of companies but I don't want anyone paying the price you do for their shirts and shipping only to have the same situation as I did!
I hope this stops anyone who is not sure whether to order here or not from ordering. Trust me, don't it's not worth it.

Delivery poorly arranged

After my order I did not receive any emails about the delivery process, and I also paid a lot to receive the package without costs for import duties. nevertheless I had to pay the import duties upon delivery. very unfortunate and very dissatisfied.
